I had a really great experience at Top Dollar Pawn, and I want to give a big shoutout to L for her amazing customer service. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. She took the time to answer my questions and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they have a good experience. Because of L, my visit was smooth and stress-free. I had an amazing experience at Top Dollar Pawn and I can honestly say it’s one of the best pawn shop experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. The staff greeted me right away and made me feel comfortable, which is something you don’t always get when visiting pawn shops. What really stood out was how patient and knowledgeable the team was. They took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me and explained everything clearly. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want to make sure you leave satisfied. The store itself was very clean, organized, and well stocked with a huge variety of products. I was impressed with the quality of the items they had available — everything from electronics and tools to jewelry and other great finds. The prices were very reasonable, and I felt like I was getting great value for what I purchased. Another thing I appreciated was how transparent and fair they were during the transaction. There was no pressure at all, just honest service and a friendly atmosphere. It’s clear that they take pride in running a trustworthy business and building relationships with their customers. If you’re in the Waldorf area and looking for quality products at great prices with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend checking out Top Dollar Pawn. I will definitely be coming back again!

Huge thank you to Lacretia at Top Dollar Pawn and Jewelry! She helped my sister replace her wedding ring, and it turned out even better than we imagined. Lacretia made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. She listened carefully and helped narrow down options until my sister found “the one.” We left smiling and so grateful!
